Termites & Swimming Pools: Do Termites Damage Pool Liners?

Termites are wood-destroying insects that can cause significant damage to homes and other wooden structures. However, they do not typically damage swimming pool liners. Inground swimming pool liners are usually made of vinyl or other synthetic materials that are not attractive to termites. Additionally, the water in the pool creates a barrier that prevents termites from reaching the liner.
