The Nemo33 pool in Brussels, Belgium, has a maximum depth of 35 meters (115 feet). It is the deepest diving pool in the world, and is used for both recreational and professional diving. The pool is divided into three sections: the shallow area, which is 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep; the deep area, which is 5 meters (16 feet) deep; and the extreme deep area, which is 35 meters (115 feet) deep. The extreme deep area is only accessible to certified divers with a minimum of 100 logged dives.
