Go to this website to find a diving program:

www.usadiving.org

Click on 'Clubs' and then 'Find A Club'

Enter California and a list of teams will come up.

The closest ones to you are:

Capital Divers, Coach Dede.She has a diving well in her back yard#!!# out in Rio Linda.

Dos Rios Divers, Coach Mike. He uses a local public pool in Roseville.

Wolverine Divers, Coach Roland. He uses Sierra Junior College in Rocklin.

Contact them and arrange to take a visit and watch a practice. After looking at all three programs, see which is the best/closest one for you.
