Bubbler system

Question
I currently coach at a college on the east coast and was wondering if you knew of any affordable bubbler systems that I could get to install at our pool?  My athletes used one during a training trip and have not been able to stop talking about it sense!

When it comes to a bubbler (pneumatic sparger system)the only affordable ones are those that are home made. They consist of an air compressor/tank, PVC air lines, valves and a sparger. The sparger is the part that lays down on the bottom of the pool and is tricky to build. If you do not do it right, it will float to the top when the air comes out. You also have to drill the right amount of holes that are the right diameter. The air compressor/tank are the most expensive and are several thousand dollars. The problem with home made ones is that there is a danger to them if not built and used the right way. Air under this type of pressure can explode on deck !

You should go to this website to find out more about them:

http://pressuresolutionsllc.com/spargersystems.html

They can answer your questions about cost, installation and proper use. You can also try
www.springboardsandmore.com and ask the owner, Steve, if he knows about how to build or obtain one. Another source is www.diving.about.com. Woody Franklin may know about them also.

Good luck in your search.
