competitive training

My daughter is 11.  She is ready for a more intense training- more than she is getting at her local swim club.  Where can we find a personal coach for her in Illinois? Is there a site or listing of coaches who train talented youth with excellent potential?

As I live in the North East I don't know of any clubs in Illinois, but I did find this web site

I would email all the clubs to see what their program is and if they have any state champions or potentail ones.
