Recovering from a slump

I need your help. I've been in a competitive swimmer for 10 years and have been in a slump for about 2 years. After getting very serious into competition at the age of 12, I saw my times drop consistently, but gradually. Now, at 16, I haven't been able to improve very much at all. I consider myself a breastroker, but my last personal best in the 100 was when I was 14, and I haven't gotten close to it since. I've practiced even harder over those years and have had a much more intense focus, but have not seen any improvement. I definitely want to continue swimming, but I need to recover from this recent slump. Thank you for your advice.

Nathan--Give it some time, from the age of 13 or 14 through about 17, mens bodies go through a lot of changes(hormmonal and physical)and these can cause a slump.  If you can continue to push through this and keep working hard and keep having fun your times should start coming back.
