Hi Mona...

That is a great question.  If you are a member of U.S. Swimming, I think they have a loan program where you can acquire the videos for a short period and then send back.  I have tried myself to find swimming videos online since we are in the digital age.  I haven't found any.

I am sorry that I don't have an answer on that one but you might want to write U.S. Swimming or look on their link and see if they have any advice.
