Yoshi/wrestling training game?

Question
Hi-

I'm trying to track down a game that my jr. high wrestling coach (this was a long time ago)used to have us play on rainy days.  He called it "Yoshi", and it was supposedly a warm-up game for sumo wrestlers.  Players would split up into two teams in a ring (drawn in chalk on the mat) that kind of looked like a yin-yang, but more complicated.  The point was to push or pull people out of bounds, but you could also run around the ring to the other team's home base and push them out there.  It was kind of a combination of sumo, capture the flag, dodgeball and tug-of-war.  I want to find a description of the game so I can teach it to the adult rugby team I play with.  I'm particularly looking for a diagram of the ring so I can re-create it.  Help is appreciated!

Answer
sorry AK, i do not recall ever playing or hearing of a game that you described.  from what i am use to, it sounds a little too complicated for a wrestling warm up.  but that's just what i have been exposed to, and you said your wrestling coach taught it to you so i guess its not out of the realm of possibility, but i cannot say that i know it.
