The move Crossface is a move i am fond of using when i wrestle my friends. I want to know if this move is illegal in high school wrestling. This move consists of the person being put in the submission is flat on his stomach and i would be to the left or right of him with my fingers interlaced around his face and pulling back. The target is the neck is this illegal?

Well the move you describe is actually a amateur wrestling move except applied in the wrong way. A crossface is when someone takes a shot and you sprawn onto the person and shove the bony part of your hand onto his noise and push his head outward. Thats legal but what you describe is not. There is no such thing as a submission in high school wrestling. Pins, tech faults, or wins by points.
