Flatfooted?

Question
This is sort of a funny question...
There are two ways I know of to sit in refree's position. One on your toes, and one on your ankles. Where the latter provides a closer distance from your elbow to your body, and the first helps with stand-up.
Myself, I CANNOT sit perfectly on my ankles, it hurts. So I usually do a knee slide and jam, or a stand up.
The question comes here... There's been around three four timesrecently when I try to hit a stand up, and the man on top pushs forward or something, and I basically folded my foot(toe sometimes). It basically rolls and all the weights are on it. Is it just me or other people have done this too? Could there be something wrong with my stand up?
I hate how some moves are painful and that changes the way you wrestle.
Just by the way, what is your nature weight that you wrestles 135? (how much you cut)

Answer
Actually thats pretty normal. You can fix it by trying to do a standup against a wall in your house. Startup in referees position with the wall on your left side touching your left arms. Hit an inside leg standup and then face away from the wall with back pressure. Then try to face the wall with balance.

My natural weight is about 140 lbs, maxing out to be about 148 lb. I cut to 130 lbs, so thats an 18lb cut.
