im in 8th grade what do i don to get fit enough to get into wrestling. Im really
want to get to the top?

Answer
Well this is a really general question. Basically, you can run, do push ups, sit ups and just excersize in general. Wrestling itself will get you into shape. It is not a must to be fit when you first go into wrestling. Most people get into shape by doing wrestling so you don't have to worry that much. If you want a leg up on everyone else though, working out prior to your start would help alot. Slowly increasing the amount you work out is also advisable. I hope that helps.
