not sure what to do!!

Question
Okay, so, I'm a senior this year and have been the wrestling manager for my school's team for about a month.  I was recently convinced to join the team, and it is almost halfway through the season.  I have almost a month to get into the 112 weight class, and I am 119 lbs. right now, at 5'3".  I'm of about average strength, but I don't think I have enough yet to wrestle successfully.  Being a girl, I realize I am already at a disadvantage, but this being my senior year I am dead-set on doing the best I can.  I guess I'm just looking for advice on what to change my diet plan to (I'm a vegetarian, so work around that if you could please.) and what my workout plan should be.  Also, are there any good sources of how-to wrestling moves on the internet?  I have a lot of learning to do, but I'm a quick learner so I'm confident.  I would really appreciate your help.  Thank you.

Answer
Sorry it took me a while to get back to you but finals are happening so i have been busy. Ok, to your question, the best thing I can recommend for weight loss is to work out more then you eat. Just make sure you work a lot to sweat that fat out. Also, it takes about 2000 calories in order for your body to gain one pound so my advice is to eat a max of 500 calories a meal and 3 meals a day. Mainly salad and things like that, nothing deep fried or huge sandwiches. Your workout plan could be anything except lifting. Muscle weighs more then fat so keep that in mind. Running is a very good way to loose weight and so hump roping. As a last resort, you could not drink water for a day before the weigh in and spit in a water bottle while chewing gum. That kills about a pound or two if you are really desperate.

There are no good online sources to show you how to wrestle. I mean they could describe is to you or show you on video but if you do it wrong, there is no one to correct it. I am a strong believer in asking your coach for some private time to practice or join a wrestling club. They do one on one things and help you out a lot. If you are really desperate, then you can search the moves on google but I do not recommend that.
