Question
i am 13 and joining wrestling to team at my school. me and my friends practice
with eachother but i need to learn the best ways to condition. i weigh 115 and
I'm not sure what the best thing i could do to get in shape before the season.
Answer
Well the best thing for you to do is by far to lift. Lift a lot of weights cause a light weight with a slot of strength is always good. Concentrate on your arms and chest area. Neck is always good cause you have to bridge in the event of a near fall. Increase you speed by going out and running. That would help you in the indurence area as well. That's what I think would be best. Good luck.
