Wresteling Help

My name is corey and this is my first year wrestling (the grade)  I am anxiously waiting my first meet, but after a bad performance in a practice match, i am doubting my abilities.  Is there any way i could learn the basic moves (penetration step, ect.) on a free web program.  Thanks for taking your time to answer my question.

Corey, as I have told countless people, learning from wrestling moves from websites is a terrible idea. You don't get the practice you just have to have. I suggest that you spend some extra time with your coach and think about signing up for a wrestling summer camp or a wrestling club. These will help boost your skills for the next year as well. Don't try to learn from websites because you might apply them wrong and no one is there to correct you. In a match, if you use the move wrong it could land you on your back. I hope i pointed you in the right direction. Remember, wrestling isn't easy and it takes time and practice. If anyone could look up these things online then everyone would be a pro. Good luck!
