Understanding Takedowns: Right-Handed vs. Left-Handed (Mirror Image)

Question
I understand takedowns for right handed against right handed (left leg forward)  , but can't translate it to right handed (Left leg forward)
Versus left handed (right leg forward).

Can you please help with how to do these double and single leg?

I can't find this info anywhere!

Answer
you have to visualize a mirror image of the skills.

It is the same skill, level change, penetrate to the opponent, back straight, lift and finish

it is just a mirror image.

go to this website www.usasports.tv

and look at the video samples there.

contact me directly if you have more questions.  there might be a way to project video in a reversed fashion that would give you the instruction you are looking for.

let me know how I can help.

regards,

michael clapier
