Getting Started with Wrestling: A Beginner's Guide & Resources in DC/VA/MD

Dear Mr. Micheal,
                 I want to learn how to wrestle, and need some help on how to start, training process, if it's too long, and you know any training school in DC, Virginia, or Maryland I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

How old are you?  The reason that I ask, if you are high school student there will be teams in your area.  If not, contact USA Wrestling, the national governing body for amateur wrestling and they will give you the address of a club near you.  You can call them direct at 1.800.999.8531
