Safely Transitioning from Fireman's Carry: A Guide for Wrestlers

Is there any way to get an good wrestler into a craddle from the firemans carry or is that to comlicated

Answer
I don't really believe so. Unless you do a full lift and try to reposition yourself in air. Of course this is tricky and might cause in damage to yourself. All that weight on your neck area might be a danger. I would just not try it for your health and simplicity sake.
