I have heard alot of gossip of why the World Title switched hands so quickly after Wrestlemania XXVI. I was at the live event and TAKER and HBK stole the show. Why did Chris Jericho lose the belt so quickly? Also, is it true that The Rock was asked to participate at WMXVI and go against John Cena?

Truth be told, I cannot give a definite answer to those questions, as I have no access to backstage... my theory, though, is simple... they had to push Swagger to use the MITB contract quickly, so they can turn around and do an entire PPV based on the MITB premise later this year... it will be taken out of the WM program and have it's own PPV event... I would not doubt that The Rock was asked to come back for a one-night appearance, but he is far beyond the need to do that, unless it benefited him in some way...
