wwe diva

Question
QUESTION: hey.well my names samantha and i really want to become a wwe diva.i'v been a big fan n absolutely love it.i'v looked around n I'm interested in going to FCW next year when i turn 18,but would i have to attend a local wrestling school and get my professional wrestling license,or can i just sign up for FCW...Also if i got into FCW n they trained me,how would i contact the wwe so i can try to get in the wwe...thanks,Samantha.

ANSWER: Hello Samantha,

You have to attend a pro wrestling school first before you can wrestle for any promotion. You also need to have a wrestler's license before you wrestle on a show. Since FCW is also a pro wrestling school, you can enter into their training program, but you cannot skip the training step and try out for mainstream FCW first, which has the TV show. FCW is a school where they have specific times where you have to try-out- you cannot contact them at any time you please. This is due to the volume of people wanting to get in due to their status as an official WWE Developmental Territory.

Unfortunately, you just missed out on the latest FCW Talent Evaluation Clinic, which was in Decemner. the latest FCW beginner's class started on the 18th of January. Details of upcoming FCW try-outs to get into the school can be found here: http://www.myspace.com/stevekeirnsprowrestling

Details about training requirements for new students can be found here: http://www.fcwwrestling.info/info.html

Through FCW, you have ample opportunity to get noticed by the WWE. You do not need to approach them and ask them to check you out, though. Rather, simply being there means WWE will be watching, since FCW after all, is their Official Devlopmental Territory. If you get into FCW through passed the FCW Talent Evaluation Clinic, while that is different to WWE signing wrestlers and then sending them over to FCW. You won't get the separate additional training those wrestlers get from WWE stars, but either way you are in a position where WWE are looking for impressive talent. You can get into the WWE rather easily from FCW if you demonstrate good storytelling, charisma, developed wrestling ability and then once WWE is interested WWE Creative comes up with how you can be used.

QUESTION: hey.sorry but i forgot to ask something..so if i get in to train at fcw, and they like me will they put me with fcw and let me put on shows...and the fcw shows, are they like local shows or do they travel to maybe the next city and stuff..and if i did fcw, will it maybe help me out in getting into the wwe, and would i be able to get in the wwe even though i would do shows with fcw.

Answer
Hello again Samantha,

No problem. If you get into FCW, they like you and get put on shows, the shows do travel throughout Florida. You can see some of the places they have been to recently here: http://www.fcwwrestling.info/events.html

Wrestling in FCW would definitely help you to get into the WWE, even if you joined the show after being trained elsewhere. Either way, if you impress the eyes that are watching, you can get opportunties.

If you got into the WWE, you would be signed to a WWE Devlopmental Contract. You would continue working in FCW's show, but the differencee is that you are just further dveeloping yourself until WWE are ready to put you on one of the main rosters. You can also get additional training from WWE wrestlers.
