Hello. What would you say is important for a player to think and do when he steps up to the plate. ? Like I'm really good hitting fast balls
but the change up and curves really fool me big time. What can i do to help me with the situation? I mean the batting cages is all just fast ball and fast ball.

In the counts 0-0,1-0,2-0,3-0,2-1,3-1 - look FB, middle / in.  In all other counts, look FB down and away.  React to the BB, and CU.  That's the best suggestion I can offer.  If you look for the off-speed pitch, you'll never catch up with the FB.
