defending

Question
when i am playing defense can i put my forearm on the offensive players back to keep him from getting position and posting up. and what is a good way to keep a bigger player from getting position

Answer
Hi Isaih,

You may put your forearm against the offensive players back, but you may not push against them, or impeded their movement. Basically you can rest your forearm on them. As far as keeping a bigger player from getting position, that's difficult. That is called a mis-match, and normally the bigger player prevails. If there is a mis-match it helps to double team. Try to get position first.
