Dunknow Jumping Program Order Inquiry - Shipping & Company Status

Hi! i have just ordered the dunknow jumping program ( dunknow.com) on sept. 10, 2006, and it has already been a week and i still haven't recieved it.  How long does it take to get it, because other things i order from internet doesn't take this long.  i am becoming suspicious about it because the telephone ordering system is always out of service.  is the company still in buisness or is it no longer in service? please answer this as soon as possible. thanks!

Well.. it's not up to me but i ll try to answer your question. I can say you should wait one more week. Usually it can take up to 14 days to ship you the thing you ordered. It the company's website seem to be formal and valid and you should not be afraid of it. You can e-mail them to see what's going on with your order at info@dunknow.com
