my name is jordan and i am 12. i am playing football next year and i was thinking of playin linebacker. hear are some of my stats.

height: 5'7
weight: 140
40 time: 6.0 seconds
vertical leap: 10 inches
if i shouldnt play linebacker what poistion should i paly. i am also good at catching tackleing and throwing.

Good luck with football. You have nice size and linebacker or DE may be a spot for you. On offense you may want to consider trying tight end.

There are many drills for each position. Part of linebacker play involves learning offensive keys and your coaches will teach you that. You could work on shedding blockers, and of course tackling. As a DE you need to work on takeoff and pass rush, and tackling. For TE learn different routes and work on running them correctly. Also concentrate on blocking.
