Improve Your Quarterback Throwing Motion: Tips for Spin & Strength

I am an eighth grade quarterback.  I want to know what I can do to improve my throwing motion, getting better spin on my ball and improving arm strength. Thanks

Hello,

 You want to make sure that your throwing motion is consistent. Keep the ball up, and follow through. For spin, when you follow through, make sure the ball rolls out of your fingers and that you complete the throwing motion.

Other than that, you just need to make sure you get plenty of throwing reps.
