Improve Your Catching Skills: Tips for High School Competition

i'm in the ninth grade and my catching abilities are extraordinary but I want them to be spectacular because their is a open wide reciever compitition at may high school so how do I do it

well if your catching abilities are extraordinary, you shouldn't need any help.

but if your looking to make them even better, theres not much you can do except work on your hand to eye co ordination. you can work on this by doing anything that involves catching or timing. throw a baseball around with a friend, or a football, stuff like that. you can just play out of boredom and go easy, or you can play with a friend and run around, looking for a catch on the run, like in a real game.
