QUESTION: Hi I am a fifteen year old and I am just finishing off my
freshman year at high school. I am around 5'11'' and 140
lbs. Last year I played wide receiver for the freshman team
and had around six touchdown catches. I am able to catch
basically everything and even had one long gain which I
caught one handed with my off hand. Next year I hope to
make a run for a varsity spot but I have a few questions.
The first, is that i'm not as fast as I would like to be,
any thoughts on how I could get faster? Second, I am not as
strong as I'd like to be. I have a total gym and do that
sometimes, but I would like to know what would be a good exercise to make me stronger (to be a better blocker).

Nothing is free in life....If you are not willing to "pay the dues" & get serious, then get off the train.  That's what I tell my players, most of whom have gone on to D1 college programs & the pros.

The web is full of programs that do not work effectively, I responded w/ what I thought you wanted & needed to hear.....Good luck.
