Quarterback Strength & Throwing Distance - Advice for Young Players

My name is Isaac, 5-11, 168 pounds. 18 years old.From Argentina
is difficult to grasp the ball (the size I think it's official HS) so I do not throw haze over 40 yards, I think the grip is not strong enough to launch it, must strengthen my arm or something?
