Halfback Training: Build Speed, Strength & Agility for College Football

I am a halfback and I need to get a lot better so i can play college ball. What tips
and exercises do you have for me to get bigger, faster, stronger, more agile, ect.

Before anything, you should talk to your local coach about specific workouts he has in place for your team.
I am a big believer in plyometric exercises for your fast twitch muscles. Get back to me if you need more detailed workouts.
