Football Training for Beginners: Preparing for Your First Season
Question
Hey coach, I'm a freshmen going to be a sophomore next year its going to be my first year playing football i did swimming and soccer before and didn't really like it, so i started playing football with friends they tell me I have a good arm but need to work on my throwing distance and strength, my question is what do you recommend i should do to get ready before season in August and is it a good idea to start out a this sport playing the hardest position?
Hope you get back to me , thanks.
Answer
Adam the only advise I have for you is running daily and being in the best possible shape before the season starts. Football is about endurance, so be in great shape, before the season ever starts. The coaches will notice that and it will make you stand out. GOOD LUCK COACH NOEL
