Becoming a better Tight end

Question
I'm a senior, I am 6 foot 5 and i weight in at 240. I have a few questions, coach and i hope you can answer them. I have played tight end before on jv and i was particular good at it but last year i was move to left tackle because we didn't run a formation with a tight end. I got a few colleges looking at me and they want me playing tight end for them and i wondering what can i do to improve my vertical, speed, and strength? I also need some work in the endurance area as well? And is there anything you can help me with for Left Tackle as well? Any advice is greatly welcomed.

Answer
I would suggest running sprints daily.  Also running hills, sprinting up and down hill will improve your stamina, speed and strength.  Also jumping rope will create quicker feet.  Priametrics is another good way to improve quickness and your vertical leap.  Also next year after the season is all said and done, run track in the spring.  This will improve your running technique and it will keep you in good shape going into your freshman year of college football.  GOOD LUCK COACH Noel!
