... i kno i am a newbie to playin football but im Suprisingly mobile, and have at least a 35yrd throw, i want to be able to throw aqt least 60 yrds, and lose a few pounds, can u help me?

Answer
Josh,

You have good size. Use it to your benefit. Get in the weight room and work hard with your schools lifting program. Also eat a balanced diet with lots of water. Cut out the junk food snacks and the weight will come off fast. To gain arm strength you should throw on a regular basis and augment that with the weight work to strengthen those mucscle groups.

Good luck.
