Question
hi, lately i've been kicking awful, i want to know how i can do to optimize my kicks and the factors i need to bare in mind for my goal kicking please

Answer
Hi Timothy,

Well I must apologize. When I put that I am suited to "Forward" play I should have been more clear. I can handle  back play but kicking is one thing I can't help with, especially via e-mail.

I suggest trying www.coachingrugby.com - it actually has online videos you can watch.

I suggest getting someone to video your kicking both at practice and during a game. Compare your practice and game technique to see if they alter and also compare your technique with a pro by getting game footage.

Try going on line and look for DVD's amazon and other rugby sites like ruggers, rugby imports or planet rugby. DVD's like "the art of kicking" are good. Grant Fox of All Black's fame is also a good source of material.

I hope this helps.

Regards
