In a nine inning softball game if it rains in the third inning and play cannot continue. When the game is rescheduled. Where does it start from, the beginning or where play left off?

In ASA you would start at the EXACT spot, batter, count, runners, etc.  where the game was stopped.

One more thing any player on the roster can play, they need not have been at the "1st" game. Just legally sub them in.
