coaching volleyball

Question
I am a 25 yr old teacher who will be coaching high school girls volleyball next year.  I love volleyball and understand basic rules.  I need help about becoming a volleyball coach.  I needed sources about drills to do in practice and strategy for games.  If you can help me I would appreciate any advice you might have.  thank you

  The first thing that you need to see is the level of the girls team, so after you will decide what king and difficulty of training you will have to prepare... It's also important what do you want to achive with this team (is it just for fun or it is more profesional team)... But with literature and specialed books I can't help you because I'm not English (USA) so I don't know the good volleyball books on english language, sorry...
