fishing rod / berkley
any info on this berkley vectra rod would be helpful in determining it's value. berkley vectra vc550 5'6" casting rod,it's a trigger rod with a very long butt handle

I did not find any information on Berkley Vectra rods. The long handled casting rods are still a large part of the current Berkley lineup, but no Vectra models or references.
Obviously, it exists because you have one.
You might try some of the online auction sites to locate Berkley rods that you can use as a comparison to try to set a value. I would not expect this rod to have a high value, but I really don't know since I can't find anything at all on the model.
