My boyfriend has a Shakespeare with the # A1362-9 on it and he was wondering its value?

How do you know if it is Bamboo ? What is the shape of the rod - round - flat sides , how many sides?
Generally Shakespeare does not have big collectors value so I can say with some confidence it is not worth thousands.
The exact value depends on it's condition. I have to see rods to determine condition. Pictures give me a general idea - they can be sent to macsrods@yahoo.com.  I am in Denver , you ? A restored Shakespeare  is worth much more than a bamboo Shakespeare in good or less condition.  Only if it is mint, excellent or  new condition would I consider not restoring.
