old faithful true action fly rod

i found a true action bamboo rod 2 tips one broken 3 pcs measures 8'9''.looks straight.  ferrules don't seat all the way .

 What is weight ? What weight line?  How much should I pay?

Old Faithful rods were sold by Wright and McGill. Apparently these were their 2nds.

The weight is probably around a 7wt. I would recommend posting at question at this site

Since one tip is damaged, I would estimate $50-75 range...but get a 2nd opinion at the site.
