price of an old rod

Question
I have a Wright & McGill Trailmaster 6'9' model no.M6TMU (Eagle Claw "tailmaster model no.EXK-1)
it was handed down from my Granfather. It is a 6 piece rod never been used.it comes with a Fly Martin Wate reel, eagle claw spinning reel(model ECL),eagleclaw 'blond' reel line still in "hermetically' sealed case,AirCell fly line, also a samsonite briefcase.all part of a kit and never been used.any info would be great.

Answer
I don't have much for you on reels or lines , my main area of interest is bamboo fly rods. I am assuming the rod you refer to is fiberglass . Please let me know if has flat sides (5 or 6). Pack rods were an interesting idea, but so many sections and ferrules make the casting and action unmanageable. They don't have a big collectors following. They have low resale value  such as under $75. I suggest you go to the main library in your town and look for the following or any books on fishing rods ( they include sell price and history.) I also recommend you correspond dirrecly with eagle claw  as they may have more direct information on Wright McGill, having purchased their product lines.
Antique & Collectable Fishing Rods: Identification & Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997 nor
Bamboo Rod Restoration Handbook -Michael Sinclair .
Good luck, sorry I couldn't help more
