Pac Bay Woven Graphite Reel Seat Installation Guide - Step-by-Step

i just bought a pac bay woven graphite reel seat and none of the books i have cover mounting this type of seat. this seat consists of 5 separate pieces, the hood a woven spacer tube the threaded piece a cap and another tube that runs through the inside of all these. my ? is do i glue this inner tube to my blank and then glue the other components to this tube or what? thanks for your help  jay

Putting a reel seat on is a logic step by step process. I always glue the caps or threads on first. Then I glue it on the rod. If the inner tube is needed  then yes glue it with the above and let dry before glueing it on the rod. Make a practice run and make sure you can put it together , then on the rod with no problem. I am not familiar with this type of inner woven reel seat.
Did you try searching pac bay ? or just plain rod building. There are instructions out there somewhere on the internet.
