hello, what is the best time to fish tarpon ,morning,afternoon or night. You use the moon phases? if yes, let me know, thanks.

After fishing for tarpon so many years I will say there are no formal rules ...

If tarpon are active they will take almost anything in the water if not It is dificult.
You have to make them nervous/Jalous  to atack ...  meaning  if for example they are usually feeding on small sardine use a lure imiting not the sardine but another predator than will eventually feed on Sardine....they would eventually atack this competitor...

When are there the more chance to have them active ??? I will say as any kind of fishing Sun set , sun rise and also  for tarpon after a rain not during...
