barametric pressure

Question
Does the barametric pressure affect fish, and if so, is it more prevalent on lakes than rivers?
      P.S. particularly walleye.

Answer
Yes, I feel a moving barometer usually means better fishing. Doesn't matter if it is moving up or down, just so it is moving. I keep a barometer in the boat. I think it would effect lake fish more so then river fish, but I don't have much river experience.
