Identifying a Vintage Montague Bamboo Fly Rod for Women (1915)

My dad recently restored a 6 foot two piece bamboo rod that he thinks was made Montague in 1915 for women. The cork is smaller in diameter and it seems to be about a 3 weight. I have looked online but can not find any information about it.  Do you know anything about women's specific vintage rods?
