i have a green flyrod made by Actionrod in the case  model# 70990 can you tell me its age and value thanks

Green says it is round not 6 flat sides meaning fiberglass and or graphite composition.
Are the sides flat (bamboo) or round (fiberglass)? What exactly
are is the writing on the labels, colors and exact description of shapes will help , too
Cabelas makes a graphite rod model close to Actionrod.  So I need a more complete description of the rod . Length  and the above questions.

Actionrod built their own fiberglass blanks until their operations were swept up into the True Temper conglomerate in the 60s.

Cabelas makes a graphite rod model close to Actionrod but I think yours is not Cabelas but is an independent .

I  am a bamboo man not fiberglass. Fiberglass is just not collected like bamboo. It was made from the 1950s to the 70s.

Please be cautious about someone telling you your rod is worth thousands until they offer cash. People want fiberglass to be collectable like bamboo but that doesn抰 make it so.

Age is 1950s and value is probably under $50
