old wooden rod

hi joe i have a rod it is a four peice each is 4 feet..verry light wood..it says fs-8 deluex...can u tell me anything about it...thankyou

I probably need a picture to help on this one.  Send to [email protected] and I'll look it over for you.

Many of the early rod makers used various woods to make rods.  I'll need some additional information to help identify the rod and a picture will help.
