Answer
Joshua,

Let's back up a bit. Prior to changing to a "strong" grip, how were you hitting the ball? You state that you shot your low round of 39 for 9 holes and then made the grip change. Why?

If you were hitting a lot of high cuts or slicing the ball then a grip change would have been in order. You say "i hate my new stronger grip and i feel like i cant hit any quality shots". Well go back to your old grip today. If you are serious about the game and improving, find a good PGA Professional to help you with your swing.

By the way your swing has a good flow to it. It does appear the you do flip it somewhat.

Good luck,

Michael Hoffman
