Chipping wedge

Question
Hi! Is the chipping wedge (I mean not sand or P wedge or others, but the iron
like putter :) a pure and normal golf wedge or its just for lazy golfers and
amateurs? and is this iron accepted by PGA? sorry for so stupid question, but
this answer is important for me, because it is very comfortable iron for short
chips.

Answer
Hi Bruno;

Sure.  The USGA rule book states that the clubhead must only have one striking face, so a chipper would be OK.  Remember, you can only have 14 clubs in your bag, so choose wisely.  High handicap amateurs and beginners like to use them.
