graphite or steel driver

I had been using graphite irons and woods and always had a problem either
pull hooking or blocking my shots right. I recently obtained a set of steel
irons that were made for my height. I am 6' 5". The steel irons have
dramatically decreased by penchant for pull hooking. I believe the added
weight has slowed down my swing and reduced "coming over the top". My
Callaway driver is still graphite and I still fight my pull hooks with the driver.
My hybrids are steel and I can hit them very consistently straight. My
question is whether or not to move over to a steel shafted driver. Do the high
end drivers come with steel shafts?  Here are my stats. I am a 19 handicap.
Driver distance is approx. 240 yards. 5 Iron distance. 180 yards. SW distance
80 yards. Please let me know if I should change to a steel shaft driver.

From what you're telling me the answer is most likely go to a steel shafted driver. You are having success by switching the other clubs, so it makes sense to try the driver as well. My suggestion is to find a demo day in your area. They are generally complimentary, and most vendors show up for these events. This way you can try several drivers from different manufacturers and select the one you hit the best.
