Improving Your Golf Putting: Tips & Practice Strategies

Question
80's golf is coming soon.  Even with my oddball setup (the 29 degree 9 wood in place of the middle irons).

The practice with the putting cup in my bedroom paid off.  I found out that I was pulling my putts about 2" left and fixed it.  I went to the practice green and started making a lot more of the 4-15 foot putts.

Just have to work the Vokey some more in the practice trap at Adm Baker (it has soft sand when the weather is dry).

I've been practicing quite a bit of the short game.  The schoolyard works for a lot of it.  I also practice hitting over a greenside bunker by the practice greens at Miramar and I executed one rather well over The Trap From Hell (the huge greenside bunker on Miramar #7) last time I played (dropped it 6 ft from the cup - decided to get aggressive rather than a short chip to the open area of the green - about a 40' putt for par).

Sounds like your game plan is coming together.  Stick to your guns and keep moving forward.  In no time, you'll break your barrier.  Keep working on your bunker play.  I have some Short Game Stat Sheets I give my high school and college players that I could send you if you wanted.  It's a great way to measure your success.  If you want them, send me your personal email address and I will send them to you.  They are pretty self explanatory and help you practice the short game with a purpose.
