Ladys Tall clubs vs standard clubs

Question
I am 5'8" tall, how do I tell the difference between Ladies tall clubs vs standard clubs.  I'm looking at a set of clubs that are Graphite.  I want to make sure I get the right size for me.

Answer
Good Evening Pam,  I hope there was not any delay, I am in Mexico this week and just finally got internet.

I get this question quite often,  at your height, without meeting you or seeing your swing, you are on the line,  so either way is fine for you.  The flex and weight are more important.  I want you to be comfortable with the length, but remember the longer they are the heavier they are.  You sound like a good candidate for a set of men's senior clubs, which have the flex you need for distance and the length that makes you comfortable. The actual measuring for clubs is determined by fingertip to ground standing straight, arms at your side rather than your height,  because taller people generally have longer arms.  Then we also use posture IE: spine angle at set-up and how you hold your hands,  some people have "low hands"  as far as graghite goes, I think it is a good idea,  some companies used to build in an extra 1/2 inch for weight,  but length standards vary quite a bit now.   I think Men's senior graphite sounds good,  and you can always choke up if you want to. feel free to write back with more info or questions.
