Diving instruction/facilities in the Fresno/Clovis area of CA

Hi Tom:  Someone had mentioned to me that there was springboard and platform diving in the Fresno area of CA, but when I went on the USA Diving site and looked for clubs in that area I did not find any.  If there is training there can you direct me to the people/facility to talk to?  Thanks.

The only coach I know of in Fresno is Taryn Zack Patrick, the coach at Fresno State. I would start with her to see if she has a club team going for non students. Go to their website
www.gobulldogs.com, look for the link to the women's swim team (no men's team) and find her contact info there. If she is not the one who is running a club team, I am sure she will know someone who is.That school is opening a brand new world class aquatic center in the fall. The only other pool I know of that has had diving in the past is at Clovis West High School in Clovis. That would be another place to try and see if they have what you are looking for.
